Not sure which program is right for you?
Flight School sits in the middle of our offer suite. More depth than Hatch. More hands-on than Built by Birdcage.
Flight School graduates who want to move to Built by Birdcage get priority consideration. You’ve already done the strategy work — we build on it.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for four to six hours per week. Some steps are lighter (digital setup), others are heavier (brand pyramid and website). You'll always know exactly what you're working on and when you're done.
Is this self-paced or do I need to keep up?
You work at your own pace within the 16-week structure. There's no cohort schedule to keep up with. The only rule is the sequencing — you don't move to step 4 until step 3 is reviewed and complete.
What if I already have some of this in place?
You revisit, you don't skip. Most founders who have done their strategy find it's incomplete when they go deeper. Flight School will either validate what you have or show you what's missing.
How does the async feedback work?
At the end of each step you submit your work . The Birdcage team reviews it and gives written feedback within 48 hours. You get a clear pass, or specific notes on what to revisit before you move forward.
When are the 4 coaching calls?
After your Brand Pyramid, after Social Media, after your Website goes live, and at your final Launch. These are the four moments where a real conversation makes the biggest difference.
What platform is Flight School delivered on?
