What you can do with what you buy, what you cannot, and what we are on the hook for.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when Stripe tells us the payment succeeded, not when you click the button, so if the payment fails you have not bought anything and nothing is charged.
You will get a tax invoice by email. If you need it reissued to a company name, email us and we will do it.
Digital products are delivered by email, usually within a minute of payment, as a link to a page that is yours. Keep the link. If you lose it, email us and we will send it again.
Use it in your own business, as many times as you like, forever. If you are a marketer, agency or consultant, you can use it with your clients and put your own branding on anything it produces. That is what it is for.
The underlying frameworks, including the audience model and everything built on it, remain ours. You are buying the use of them, not ownership of them. Anything you produce with the tool about your own business or your own client is yours.
That the product is what we described, that it works, and that you can get to it. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits those.
We are not on the hook for what happens in your business afterwards. A tool that helps you work out who you are talking to cannot promise you more customers, and we do not make that promise anywhere. Decisions you make with it are yours.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.
Anything you type into a tool stays yours. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it as an example without asking you first. Anonymous, aggregated patterns across many users may inform our research, and nothing that identifies you or your business appears in it.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was published on the day you bought. We are not going to retroactively take away something you paid for.
