Real results, scaled the right way.
9.5x ROAS on the hero bundle.
Dindi Naturals make genuinely handmade Australian body & home care, with a loyal following, but the commercial engine wasn’t on. Paid social, email & channel strategy, and coaching turned it on, carefully.
- 9.5xROAS on the hero bundle
- $102average order value
- +20%store revenue
- 4.85%conversion rate (+30% YoY)
The challenge
Great products. Engine off.
Beautiful handmade products and a loyal following, but paid advertising hadn’t launched, and average order value sat at $88.30 against a $100+ target.
A small team was learning paid media from scratch, on a modest budget with little room for error. With lower-priced products (~$30), the brand needed a bigger basket without discounting, which would cheapen a premium, natural positioning.

What we did
Switch it on without breaking it.
Paid social · email · channel strategy · coaching
Sharpened the positioning
Defined Dindi as a caregiver brand: authentic, sensory, real. Calm, ASMR-style organic video that feels like content, not ads.
Launched paid social, carefully
Meta started at $20/day with one ad, then scaled +20% every 48 hours to protect the learning phase, across three personas: accommodation bundles, the “calm” bundle, and pet care.
Engineered a higher basket
Bundle upgrades and spend-and-save offers (never BOGO) lifted AOV without cheapening the brand, KPI pushed to $120.
Built the full funnel
Klaviyo flows (abandoned checkout, win-back, welcome, upsell), a Pinterest launch for an intent-driven audience, and an affiliate program for accommodation hosts.
Transferred the capability
Optimisation checklists, insight guides and coaching: don’t touch a winning campaign, ignore Meta’s “recommendations”, read the whole picture, toward running it in-house.

The creative, calm, ASMR-style, felt like content not ads.
The results
Money amplifies.
- 9.5xROAS on the hero bundle, peaking near 12.96x
- $102average order value, clearing the $100 target
- 4.85%store conversion rate, up 30% YoY
- $41,455store revenue in the month, up 20%
- +71%email revenue ($6,970, 16.8% of total)
- 53.7%returning-customer rate

Money just amplifies. Throw it at a poor ad and you amplify the problem; throw it at a great one and it flies. We did the hard work on our website and creative first, and now it’s paying off.
Scaled from one ad at $20/day to a multi-campaign program without breaking performance, and the momentum opened a major new stockist deal (Nourish Life into Flora & Fauna).
What’s next
Built to run in-house.
Pinterest campaigns, seasonal creative, an Amazon/Etsy traffic strategy, and a full handover playbook so Dindi can run the engine themselves. That’s how we build: to hand back, not to hold.
